Somatic Scaravelli-inspired yoga for everyone
Yoga for greater ease, awareness and connection
A somatic, Scaravelli-inspired and trauma-sensitive approach to yoga, designed to deepen bodily awareness while supporting posture, ease of movement and emotional balance.
Through mindful exploration, we work with the body rather than against it – creating space for breath, movement and energy to flow more freely.
You’ll be invited to explore the relationship between strength and suppleness, effort and ease, movement and stillness.
As you connect more deeply with yourself in this way, you may experience a greater sense of balance, connection and openness – and space for Qi, your natural life force, to emerge.
Informed by my own healing journey and training, I share my services with care, attunement and consent at every step. You're encouraged to listen to your body, move at your own pace and make choices that support a greater sense of safety and empowerment within yourself.
Scaravelli-inspired and trauma-sensitive
My classes encourage you to listen to your own body and energy, with the freedom to choose what feels right for you. There’s no forcing – you’re invited to explore with curiosity, make your own choices and discover what supports you moment to moment.
